🏁 How to Apply for a Practice Session at STKC
Want to get some laps in? Here’s how to apply for a practice session at Southern Tasmanian Kart Club — step by step:
✅ Step 1: Check You're Eligible- You must be a current Karting Activity Controller- Your KA membership must be valid 📝 Step 2: Fill Out the STKC Online FormBefore booking practice through the KA portal, please complete our STKC Practice Request Form:

This helps us track who’s attending and ensures a safe and organised session. 📲 Step 3: Book Online via the KA PortalOnce your form is submitted, Please wait for a reply for a approval:- Head to the KA portal- Select "Applications" and create new application "Social Karting Activities"- Follow the Prompts 👋 Step 4: Sign On at the Track- All KACs must open the track before any driver enters the circuit. The QR code is on the wall in the scales shed - All drivers must enter the social karting activity on KOMP before any driving may take place.- This is the KAC’s responsibility to manage and enforce.
